Thibault Cauvin - Alter Ego Tour

An exceptional concert at the heart of Thibault's new great adventure: an album made entirely of original works, a sublime tour through carefully chosen venues, and a mesmerising staging of light, sound and performance; and a Parisian date at the Opéra Garnier, the fruit of a fleeting encounter in Hong Kong with Wong, a taxi driver, twenty years ago.

Thibault will never have been more himself: his classical guitar increasingly becomes an enchanted vessel bound for some exquisite elsewhere, and the words he holds so dear make their way ever more deeply into a music that knows no borders, no eras, no limits.

Then there is the poetry of the moment, of which he holds the secret, his art of creating unique moments of communion and of stopping time… "Being reunited with you is a deep joy for me; together we are going to share evenings I will never forget…" Thibault.

Crowned with 36 international prizes, Thibault Cauvin has long been regarded as one of the greatest virtuosos on the planet.

His classical guitar has since been coloured by the world through performances on the prestigious stages of 130 countries; the rocker's soul inherited from his father has invited him to play for every kind of audience and to unite them through a rare, infectious energy; encounters and shared adventures, including the recent duet with -M-, have fed his appetite for freedom and his childhood dreams.

Today comes the next chapter: an unprecedented epic with many facets, at once intimate and flamboyant, launched a few weeks ago with the publication of his first novel Alter Ego. 30pm to 6pm.
