Jean-Yves is a professional chef and the winner of the 2012 edition of MasterChef France. Nestled in an old wine cellar near the Marais, treat yourself to a 4-course dinner with a subtle combination of French and Asian flavours that will surprise your palate.
You will enjoy dishes such as slow-cooked duck fillet, Indian chicken rolls in rice paper, tapioca ravioli paste with Thai prawns and Vietnamese chestnuts, and his award-winning homemade macarons.
Jean-Yves' attention to detail is second to none and he loves to engage in conversation with his guests. He will even share his recipes with you upon request!
