Overview
SEATED CONCERT - Unreserved seating. From age 4 / 40 min Olive and Sonia, the two musicians of the duo Rovski, have dreamed up a modern-day fable: Lilo and Lila, two sisters living at the foot of a mountain once covered in snow, meet a yeti one evening whose home has melted away.
Moved by his story, they set off with him in search of a new refuge.
The show's soundscape draws on a wide range of textures to turn the mechanics of the city or the softness of a mountain into song; to voice the yeti's sadness with a single bow stroke, or the mischievous girls' enthusiasm through a distorted guitar.
The visual world relies on colourful, lively 2D animated projections evoking the aesthetic of an illustrated storybook. Together, it all conjures up a musical tale celebrating nature and living things.
Olive Perrusson and Sonia Nemirovski: viola, guitars, keyboards, percussion, cellos, machines, vocals
