Hailing from Harlem, New York, he is the leader of the ASAP Mob collective, which brings together rappers, producers, directors, and fashion designers. His meteoric rise began with the mixtape « Live. Love. ASAP  » in 2011, propelled by tracks like « Peso  » and « Purple Swag  », which quickly captivated attention with their unique sonic and visual aesthetic. His style is characterised by a blend of ethereal Southern rap, psychedelic sounds, and polished production, distinguishing him from his New York peers.

Throughout his career, ASAP Rocky has maintained consistent artistic relevance, notably with acclaimed albums such as « Long. Live. ASAP  » (2013) and « At. Long. Last. ASAP  » (2015), which confirmed his ability to innovate while remaining true to his identity. These opuses featured collaborations with diverse artists, from Drake to Florence Welch, and Moby, demonstrating his musical openness.
