Autechre

British group Autechre present their electronic and experimental music on the stage of Le Lieu Unique in Nantes.

Formed in 1987 in Rochdale, British duo Autechre have established themselves as a major reference in electronic music and on the Warp Records roster. Their debut album, Incunabula, was released in 1993, marking the beginning of an uncompromising discography navigating between glitch, ambient, and complex sonic explorations. Their artistic approach favours formal rigor and constant research into textures, shaping the identity of one of the most influential projects of its generation.

Live, Autechre deploy a minimalist setup where attention is focused entirely on the sonic material, often in near-total darkness. The set unfolds without superfluous visual distractions, prioritizing raw auditory immersion and the precision of the sequences. This tour is particularly aimed at fans of avant-garde electronic music, ambient, and rhythmic experimentations, coming to lend an ear to the duo's complex sound architectures within the Nantes venue.
