Blessures Ordinaires

Why do some people hurt us without even realising it? Why does it sometimes become impossible to understand those we love? Why do some solitudes make us so uncomfortable? What if, behind our differences, our clumsiness, and our obsessions, lay the same flaw?

For 1 hour and 10 minutes, a gallery of characters unfolds: a hostile neighbour, an elusive mother, an overly silent friend, a former friend who has become a stranger, an elderly man facing emptiness, bodies that exhaust themselves to stay upright.

Ordinary beings, funny, cruel, touching, profoundly human. Through their stories, the same truth emerges: we all move forward with invisible wounds.

Carried by a discreet, almost erased presence — “as if I didn’t exist” — this one-person show explores what connects us intimately: our flaws, our contradictions, our desperate need to be understood. Because no one truly chooses who they are.

Because we must nevertheless continue to live. Blessures ordinaires speaks of this common fragility that brings us closer rather than separating us.
