Today, Haïm Botbol is one of the very last living masters to carry the memory of Melhoun within the Moroccan Jewish tradition. A companion on the road of giants such as Fuiteh, Toulali or Bouzoubaâ, his exceptional longevity makes him the ultimate representative of a blessed era.
