Buffalo Traffic Jam is a folk band born in the heart of Bozeman, Montana, where its members, Frankie Cassidy and Nathan Ross, met while studying at Montana State University.
United by their love of storytelling and the raw beauty of acoustic sonorities, they began creating music evoking vast open landscapes and the silent emotions that inhabit daily life.
From this approach was born a first self-titled EP, followed by the singles "Rescue Me" and "Forgot Your Roots", the latter marking their first online successes and launching their rapid growth.
