Overview

Presented by Office culturel vallée de l'Hérault PLATE-SV L-R-2-015865 / L-R-3-015874 Lindy Hop, Charleston… swing clearly holds no secrets for you! After a first edition that was a hit with everyone last season, swing is back!

The teams from Just Swingin' and Le Sonambule are delighted to welcome you back for another evening built around groove and celebration. This year, they're inviting Canibal Dandies to keep you dancing all night long!

At 7:30pm, the Just Swingin' school opens the evening with a beginner-friendly taster session open to everyone. Whether you're taking your first steps or already have rhythm in your blood, one hour is all it takes to get swept away... and never want to leave the dance floor.

At 9pm, Canibal Dandies take over, blowing a breath of New Orleans air through Le Sonambule. The seven musicians deliver timeless jazz, carried by a generous, powerful brass sound, where blues meets ragtime in a swing that's as elegant as it is infectious.

Between original compositions and great jazz standards, the band revisits this century-old music with a thoroughly modern energy, staying true to the spirit of the clubs where it was born.
