Renaud Roubaudi: From screens to the stage! For 15 years, he has been the voice and spirit of Petites Observations Automobiles (POA). After more than 3,000 videos and a community of one million enthusiasts, Renaud Roubaudi, self-proclaimed by his daughter as “France's oldest automotive YouTuber”, is stepping out from behind the screen to meet you in person!
From his first word “Volvo” at age 3, to his self-confessed ruin for a Citroën SM Maserati at 23, Renaud has made cars the common thread of his life. For this very first show, he leaves the studios to go on stage and ask the question that truly drives him: ultimately, what is a 'bagnolard' (car enthusiast)?
Because at a car meet, we are all there, united by the same passion. Yet, our garages and our knowledge are sometimes light-years apart. Some know the purr of a Range Rover Classic with a V8, others fell for the more practical Maserati Quattroporte for family trips, others just love the smell of old leather or the design of a grille. Some swear by nostalgia while others have their eyes fixed on the technological future.
