Overview
From 8 October to 8 November, Magasins Généraux presents the exhibition-residency “DIE & RETRY” by Angels Front.
Founded by Flora Bouteille and Victor Villafagne in 2023, Angels Front designs immersive and participatory performances conceived as “critical simulations” allowing for collective experimentation and anticipation.
Like in a video game where you replay a scene after losing, “DIE & RETRY” is built through repetitions: each sequence is played, modified, then replayed.
It evolves according to the audience's choices, the performers' improvisations, and content created live by artificial intelligences.
It's up to you to choose how you participate: as a free visitor or in a simulation to participate or simply observe the performance and influence the scenario.
