Dynamite Shakers

Born in Vendée and averaging 23 years of age, Dynamite Shakers have chosen rock, guitar and adventure.

Élouan on vocals and guitar, Lila-Rose on vocals and bass, François on drums and Calvin on guitar have known each other since childhood and made a pact in the school playground to form a band and shape their future together.

Since then, they have played every bar, club, campsite and concert hall in a fully DIY fashion, reaching the milestone of 400 gigs.

After being invited to support The Offspring, Sum 41, the Pixies and even Nick Cave, the four Vendéens are pushing on with "Marilyn", their second album.

Produced by Lionel des Limiñanas and recorded at ICP in Brussels, the record unfolds over 14 tracks split between sides A and B, a nod to vinyl culture and to a rock history whose legacy they fully claim.

Musically, "Marilyn" is a blazing album that moves between rock, punk, pop under tension, psychedelia and blues, without ever losing its urgency.

From "Scellé au Sol", a wild punk rock stampede, to "Night Club", a Stooges-style hit already known to their fans, passing through "6h10", "Spleen de toi" and "Cinema", Dynamite Shakers deliver a collection of feverish, frontal and unifying tracks.

After a set at Rock en Seine on 29 August and a marathon tour across the whole country, Dynamite Shakers will continue to champion "Marilyn" on the stage of the Trianon.

A new chapter for a band that, since its beginnings, has never stopped playing, growing and bringing to life a furiously free, blazing and unrestrained rock.
