Ed Maverick

Ed Maverick brings his folk rock and alternative rock sound from Mexico to the stage of the Alhambra.

Ed Maverick made his name with the release of his debut album, Mix pa llorar en tu cuarto, in 2018. Originally from Delicias, Mexico, the musician has built a repertoire rooted in independent folk and alternative rock, driven by compositions with stripped-back arrangements.

On stage, the artist performs with a tight line-up, playing his signature songs with his guitar in hand. The set favours a direct interpretation of the tracks, faithful to the studio recordings while leaving considerable room for interaction with the audience.

This Parisian date will appeal to fans of Spanish-language contemporary music and to listeners curious to discover recent developments in the international independent scene. For this performance, the Alhambra offers a setting well suited to attentive listening to this intimate repertoire.
