“ELECTRIC PYRAMID is the energy of rock music with a somewhat romantic spirit about life and a great deal of hope for humanity.” Ol Beach
Some music will never disappear, so strongly does it awaken the senses. Electric Pyramid carries on a tradition, that of an energy that is always renewed because it is as immediate as it is familiar.
Since its formation in 2016 around singer and guitarist Ol Beach, the quintet has built a resolutely modern classic rock sound with 70s influences, blending powerful guitars, haunting vocal harmonies and energetic rhythms. In 2021, Electric Pyramid released its first self-titled album, produced by John Cornfield (Muse, Oasis, Robert Plant).
In 2025, after a French tour alongside Queen Extravaganza and The Dire Straits Experience, as well as a headline concert at the Café de la Danse in Paris, Electric Pyramid confirmed its rise with the release of its second album, Lion, on 23 May. The band has notched up some fine performances: four tracks added to Spotify's Top of the Rock playlist and regular airplay on W9 for the video of “Land of Ghosts”.
In 2026, the band is multiplying prestigious engagements. Electric Pyramid is supporting Richard Ashcroft at the Zénith de Paris in June, then ZZ Top at the Adidas Arena in July. The group has also toured France at several festivals, notably in Saint-Nolff, Avignon, Bouliac and Les Sables-d'Olonne. They will again accompany The Dire Straits Experience on their tour in December 2026.
This year also marks the opening of a new chapter: Electric Pyramid is currently working on its third album. A tour is planned for January 2027, an opportunity to catch the quintet's energy live... and discover a few new tracks!
