Emma Giulia x David Atger Quartet

Experience an evening like nowhere else for a unique experience aboard this legendary junk, anchored in the heart of Paris but steeped in history and travels around the world.

Emma Giulia (Paris, 1999) is a French guitarist and composer. She released her debut album 'A Question of Childhood' in June 2025 (Integral / Pias) on Zennez Records; a project that reflects her constant exploration of risk-taking, resilience and creative freedom.

She released a remix of her composition 'Resilience' on 1 May 2026 in collaboration with American poet and activist Tongo Eisen-Martin.

The track, conceived as an ode to liberation, celebrates the ability to overcome one's fears; the poet and activist Tongo Eisen-Martin adds a powerful text, bringing political dimension and a hip-hop flavour to the piece.

In July 2026 she will record an album in New York for JMI RECORDINGS label (Questlove, David Murray, Ana Frango Eléctrico).

Emma Giulia is also preparing her third album 'Euphoria Mundis' scheduled for recording in late January 2027: the concert at La Dame de Canton will be an opportunity to present songs from her debut album 'A Question of Childhood', as well as unreleased tracks planned for her upcoming albums.

°°° First act: David Atger Quartet The David Atger Quartet is part of an open contemporary jazz scene influenced by today's music. Driven by four committed musicians, the group deploys compositions with fluid architectures, between melodic lyricism and more electric pulses.

In the wake of Chick Corea, Snarky Puppy or GoGo Penguin, their music cultivates a sense of soundscape and narration, allowing improvisation to breathe without ever losing the thread. An emerging project, both demanding and immediately moving.
