Hiba Tawaji Invite Ibrahim Maalouf - Tournée

With À LA FRANÇAISE, Hiba Tawaji pays tribute to French song through an original programme that is at once intimate, elegant and deeply moving.

On stage, the Franco-Lebanese singer is joined by her husband, the internationally renowned trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf, as the two revisit together the great songs that have marked generations.

Recognised across the Arab world as one of the most powerful and influential voices of her generation, Hiba Tawaji stands out for the force of her interpretation, her magnetic stage presence and her ability to bring cultures into dialogue through music.

Together, they offer a vibrant and bold tribute to the heritage of French song. Timeless melodies, which have become true classics, have been carefully chosen by the couple to be reborn in a new light.

Carried by the arrangements of Ibrahim Maalouf, trumpeter and visionary producer, they take on fresh colours, at the crossroads of classical music, jazz, pop, Oriental sounds and cinematic landscapes.

At the heart of this musical world, the voice of Hiba Tawaji, powerful and nuanced, transcends genres and borders. She embodies this dialogue between cultures with ease, giving each song new depth and a singular resonance.

For the duration of the concert, these familiar songs reveal themselves differently. We rediscover them as if for the first time.

On stage, the rapport between Hiba Tawaji and Ibrahim Maalouf, as strong in life as it is in music, brings the show a rare warmth and a deeply human dimension.

Having already conquered international stages, from Istanbul to New York, and from Lyon to Montreal, and after a tour of more than 30 dates in France and across Europe, this exceptional musical adventure, À LA FRANÇAISE, reaches its high point in Paris, on the legendary stage of the Salle Pleyel, on 20 May 2027, for a unique evening.
