The legendary Fat Freddy’s Drop return to the stage in 2026 for an exceptional world tour celebrating their cult album Based On A True Story. More than twenty years after its release, this seminal record continues to inspire generations of fans thanks to its unique blend of reggae, soul, dub, funk, and electronic groove. The band will play 5 dates in France in autumn: 28 September at Le Bikini in Toulouse, 6 October at Le Radiant in Lyon, 7 October at Le Rocher de Palmer in Bordeaux, 9 October at Zénith de Nantes and 10 October at Zénith Paris - La Villette. This tour will mark a significant moment for the band, their first concerts since the passing of Chris “MU” Faiumu, a founding member and pillar of their sound. Together, the musicians have chosen to continue this adventure in homage to their brother on stage and the music they created with him.
