In the near future, where fertility is collapsing and fascism is on the rise, Johanna and Henri, two geneticists in love, are unable to conceive a child. Thanks to their pact with the tech genius Melon Smuk, the couple decides to create a human being in vitro, whatever the price…

Thus is born Gabriell, a child raised in secret, far from the world. When she is torn from this paradise, she sets out in search of her parents and discovers a universe laid waste by techno-fascism, ecological disasters and shattered utopias. Her initiatory journey then becomes a quest for joy, beauty and strength to collectively imagine a world different from that of the adults. This reinterpretation of the Faust myth echoes Goethe's gesture while removing its virile and romantic dimension. It questions our modern pacts with the Devil: technology, capitalism, the destruction of living things. Created from improvisations and devised theatre work, the show explores the shadow and light of our desire to create, understand and repair the world.
