Behind Feldup is Félix Dupuis, known as much for his music as for a striking presence on YouTube. Very early on, he established a personal universe in which the alternative rock of the 1990s meets the New York energy of the 2000s, carried by raw, rawly felt songwriting. With Stared at from a Distance, his latest project released in 2023, he takes a decisive step: that of a head-on testimony, born of an urgent need to speak, to understand and to survive. His tracks collide through icy washes, noise-driven detonations and pure rock surges. On stage, the intensity of his taut voice and his sincerity become electric. Joined by The Showerheads, Feldup promises a blazing and deeply moving live show in which every note rings out like an emergency.
