Following the resounding success of its first edition in February, Flow Expérience returns to the Grande Seine, once again transforming this iconic venue into a unique space dedicated to relaxation, well-being, and flow. For one Sunday, La Seine Musicale becomes a true temple of yoga in music, where a pianist accompanies every breath and every movement initiated by a yoga teacher. From this stage, usually inhabited by strong energies, a gentle and soothing atmosphere emerges, offering participants an immersive experience blending yoga, live piano, and inner flow. Open to all, regardless of level, this suspended moment invites a rare interlude, at the crossroads of a concert and an inner journey, where the rhythm of the notes becomes a guide and breath for each posture. This year again, Yaron Herman and Stéphanie Cunico unite their talents: the pianist and composer, renowned for his deeply sensitive approach to music, and the yoga teacher, with her precise and inspiring guidance. Together, they offer a unique yoga-concert where live music serves movement. The piano becomes an extension of the body, a practice partner that accompanies, inspires, and amplifies every sensation. The session unfolds as a true two-part journey:

— A dynamic first part, inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, to awaken the body, encourage movement, and create an active dialogue between posture, breath, and melodies

— A gentle and introspective second part, rooted in Yin Yoga, to slow down, stretch deeply, and reconnect with oneself, supported by guided relaxation and a musical moment that invites letting go
