With a sharp sense of self-deprecation and disarming sincerity, he performs these swirling moments of life for us and portrays characters bursting with love and truth. Bipolar, gay, and an ice skater: suffice to say that if François had been born in the United States, he would long ago have been an icon with a comedy show on ice, with Céline Dion as the opening act.
