The grand return of Gnawa Diffusion, led by the indestructible Amazigh Kateb, more captivating and vibrant than ever. The message is powerful and, on stage, the atmosphere promises to be incandescent!

Gnawa Diffusion has lost none of its verve, nor has its message lost its brilliance. The Franco-Algerian collective, formed in 1992 in Grenoble, has returned to the studios, but it is always live that they reveal their full strength.

The same stage energy, the same free and libertarian speech, the same biting humour animate them. Because nothing has changed and inequalities are still present. Defiance runs in their veins, especially those of their leader, Amazigh Kateb, son of the Algerian poet Kateb Yacine.

Effervescent ragga, electric chaâbi, possessed raï, furious rock and Gnawa trance: their fusion is that of a never-extinguished volcano. A music of struggle and dance, advocating freedom, love and peace. Galvanising and generous!
