HONGRE Noise Punk - Paris Formed in Paris in 2025, Hongre plays direct and tense Noise Punk, influenced by current bands like Metz or Pissed Jeans.
The band was built around musicians accustomed to alternative and extreme scenes (Ben on drums [Muscu, ex-Flying Donuts], Raphaël on guitar [ex-Blockheads, ex-Flying Donuts, Bain De Sang] and Jean-Baptiste on bass [Bain De Sang, ex-Volp]), joined on vocals by Britt, a Dutch performer.
Her English vocals, which navigate between spoken, chanted, and screamed, bring a raw energy reminiscent of Amyl and the Sniffers.
The quartet offers resolutely committed and feminist lyrics, carried by a heavy rhythm section and guitars oscillating between dissonances and melodies. A first 2-track demo was released in June 2026.
