Overview
A plunge into the heart of the 1960s, with humour, mix-ups and plenty of whimsy. We often say that if we could do it again, we would have done things differently. Maurice, for his part, goes in search of... A second chance.
One October evening in 1960, Maurice breaks down on a country road. It is pouring with rain. He heads for the nearest house in the hope of taking shelter and calling a breakdown service. But the storm intensifies and the telephone line is dead.
Maurice will have to stay longer than planned. This evening will be the most unsettling of his life, so much so that he will think about it for a long time. A retro-romantic comedy blending nostalgia and tenderness, emotion and mix-ups, Simone de Beauvoir and Elvis Presley.
