Blending observed animals and places steeped in memory, the works of Eugène Delacroix and Karen Knorr offer beautiful imaginary encounters.
Karen Knorr — an American-British artist born in Germany and raised in Puerto Rico in the 1960s — exhibits photographs from her famous *India Song* series as part of the PhotoSaintGermain festival programme.
Created from architectural shots, photographed with large format and digital cameras, into which live animals observed in reserves, museums, zoos, or in the wild are digitally integrated, her images blur the boundaries of reality.
Guided tour by Karen Knorr, followed by a book signing on Monday 9 November 2026 at 6:30 PM (included in the museum entrance ticket; exceptional museum opening until 8:30 PM)
