Overview
Elisabeth Keledjian, drummer and jazz singer, sets the stage alight with her quartet! A vibrant journey through jazz classics, with emotion and improvisation at every turn!
Drummer and jazz singer Elisabeth Keledjian draws her inspiration from the ten years she spent in New York City, at the heart of one of the most vibrant jazz scenes in the world. For this evening, she invites you on a musical journey through the great pages of jazz history, performing with sensitivity and energy songs by Bessie Smith, Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington, as well as other iconic figures of the jazz repertoire. For this musical encounter, she will be joined by three talented musicians: saxophonist Lisa Cat-Berro, pianist Agnès Gorda and double bassist Moïra Montier-Dauriac. Between swing, blues and timeless ballads, the Elisabeth Keledjian Quartet offers you a warm and elegant evening, rooted in sharing, improvisation and emotion. An invitation to rediscover the great jazz standards in the spirit of New York clubs. Elisabeth Keledjian: drums
Lisa Cat-Berro: sax
Moira Montier: double bass
Agnès Gorda: piano
