Formed in 2012 in Denver (USA), KHEMMIS established itself as one of the major bands in modern heavy doom metal.
Through compositions as elegant as they are intense, the quartet transcends the boundaries of traditional doom by blending classic heavy metal influences, rock and melancholic atmospheres.
With their debut album Absolution, acclaimed by specialist critics, KHEMMIS attracts the attention of the international metal scene. With Hunted and then Desolation, the band confirms its rise with an epic and singular sound, compared to Thin Lizzy, Paradise Lost or Judas Priest.
