The superb Cirque Alfonse unveils a new, tender and vibrant creation, blending dazzling colours, circus prowess and live music, titled « La Noce d’Alfonse  ».

We remember « Tabarnak  » in 2020 and « Animal  » in 2022. Cirque Alfonse is back with an unbridled celebration! After religion and rurality, this time they turn their attention to the institution of marriage. But more than the exchange of vows, it is the banquet and the wedding reception that are honoured here. Between champagne bottles, wedding cake, garter and bridal bouquet, all the nuptial codes are revisited with derision. Carried by an assumed seventies aesthetic, « La Noce d’Alfonse  » blends high-flying performances, caustic humour and music with Quebec trad accents, played live. The artists have fun with the crowd, provoke mishaps and transform the stage into a collective dance floor. Each evening, a daring procession unfolds a series of tableaux as acrobatic as they are amorous. Here we find the signature of Cirque Alfonse: irreverence, audacity, poetry and live music. Raw energy and virtuosity without a net are part of the celebration. So, get out your finest clothes: we're waiting for you to start the feast!
