Overview
In New York, "The Getdown" means playing music or dancing in an effective and infectious way, and having a good time partying. In Paris, it is a collective led by organist Laurent Coulondre and drummer Arnaud Dolmen.
This group brings together immense talents, each leaving their ego aside to talk music, rapport and the pleasure of playing together! It is an all-stars outfit devoted to groove and celebration.
There will be Guadeloupe, Cuba, a lot of Caribbean, but also of course swing, funk, melodies and jazz, and if one had to find a common influence for them, it would be the guiding and joyful one of Michel Petrucciani.
