LEMONSUCKR (10pm) (Post punk - Brighton, UK) Guy Ferris, Oscar Post, Matt Saunders and Ollie Thomas founded Lemonsuckr.
4m x 6m metal container, the kind you'd expect to see crossing the Atlantic aboard a cargo ship (this one, however, was quietly abandoned on a farm in the middle of nowhere).
They themselves transformed 'The Container' into a hideout, studio and headquarters; a place where they could conceptualise, rehearse and compose music together. What followed were countless hours locked in this tin can, obsessed with their project, slamming doors.
By the end of 2024, their goal was achieved, the container abandoned, and they all moved to Brighton together to finally unveil what they'd worked so hard on for so long. It was time to stage everything.
Lemonsuckr's concerts are true chaos, steeped in a spirit and confidence that only a band that spent so much time understanding what it wants to make its audience feel can display, from immediate and relentless rhythm to the final screech of feedback.
