Madame Monsieur Tour

Madame Monsieur presents their new show on tour, blending folk, country and blues influences.

The Madame Monsieur project, led by Émilie Satt and Jean Karl Lucas, first gained widespread public recognition through their notable participation in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Mercy. Across their various albums, the duo has developed a refined songwriting style, featuring French lyrics rooted in contemporary realities and carried by stripped-down pop melodies. Their artistic journey is characterised by a constant pursuit of authenticity, navigating between chanson, folk and acoustic influences.

On stage, the instrumental accompaniment gives pride of place to guitars and organic arrangements, featuring musicians such as Alexandre Perroud. The set is built around the repertoire's flagship tracks as well as more recent compositions, in a streamlined format that favours closeness to the audience. The stage approach highlights the performers' complicity and the clarity of the melodies, free from superfluous artifice.

This date is aimed at fans of lyric-driven songwriting and acoustic music looking to discover the duo's compositional work live. The theatre setting offers acoustics well-suited to this concert format, allowing for an attentive listening experience of the arrangements and vocals.
