Following a sold-out Supersonic Records show last year, Martin Luke Brown will return to the stage at Les Étoiles in Paris on 20 November.

Martin Luke Brown is a multi-talented artist, a songwriter and producer based in London and originally from Leicester. Driven by a singular musical sensibility, he moves at the crossroads of alternative pop, soul and indie, with a voice full of raw emotion and deeply sincere songwriting. As a solo artist, he drew attention with his debut album "damn, look at the view!", praised for its authenticity and sonic richness. He also co-founded the group FIZZ alongside dodie, Orla Gartland and Greta Isaac. Their album "The Secret to Life" entered the Top 40 of the UK charts, confirming Martin's importance within the new independent pop scene.

In recent years, Martin Luke Brown has continued his rise with tours of the United States and Europe alongside artists such as Emily King and Sam Tompkins. Alongside his career as a performer, he has established himself as a sought-after collaborator and producer, working notably with Lizzy McAlpine, Victoria Canal, Maya Delilah, Matilda Mann and Eloise. His sensitive, organic approach to music has greatly helped shape part of today's indie-pop scene.

Following "man oh man!", a raw and introspective album recorded on analogue equipment with Matt Zara, Martin today opens a new chapter with "life & death etc." On this third album, he sets aside grand displays to celebrate the beauty of ordinary moments: conversations around a table, nights spent with friends, love stories that leave discreet but lasting traces. Refusing the rules and expectations of the industry, he favours spontaneous and deeply human creation, faithful to his conviction that music should above all bring people together.
