Where it is all about...

...hunger, the kind that makes you stray from the path, that awakens the hairy ogress, that leads us on the path to love...

...fur, the kind that protects from the cold, that awakens our wild side, that stands on end in the face of danger, the fur of the ogress...

...freedom, choosing one's own path, making mistakes, saying mean things, playing with death, playing with life...

Mama Cécilia and her daughter Chiara love pancakes so much that they eat nothing else (the mother will explain why). But one day, Mama Cécilia has had enough and sends her magical pancake pan to her mother, Maminna, who lives on the other side of the dense forest where the Hairy Ogress hides. Chiara, the little girl, driven by her irresistible craving for pancakes, will brave her fears and local legends by crossing the forbidden forest. Along the way, she will cross paths with a solitary river and an old goat, and narrowly escape the Hairy Ogress.
