Modestep

Modestep takes to the stage at La Maroquinerie for a concert blending pop rock and independent influences.

British band Modestep develops a soundscape rooted in contemporary music, navigating between the codes of pop rock and the independent scene. Formed by musicians originating from the United Kingdom, the ensemble crafts a discography marked by energetic productions and direct melodies. Their tracks combine conventional song structures with dense instrumental arrangements, driven by sharp guitars and sustained rhythms. This sonic identity has been built over the course of several albums and EPs released since their debut, consolidating their presence on the European scene.

Live on stage, Modestep delivers a powerful set, relying on a live lineup where interaction between the musicians takes precedence. Their concerts are characterized by constant physical intensity and generous volume levels, typical of performances by bands from this movement. La Maroquinerie, located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, hosts this performance in its main room. This medium-sized concert venue allows for direct proximity between the musicians and the audience, fostering a faithful delivery of the energy generated by the band on tour.
