Overview
What would marriage be without mothers-in-law? A dream for some, a nightmare for others!
In "Belle-mère à vendre", a colourful comedy, we meet a bad-tempered mother-in-law, as insufferable as she is overbearing, who makes her daughter-in-law's life a living hell.
Heartless, domineering and intrusive, she has no time for the feelings of the woman who shares her son's life.
But while nobody would want such a mother-in-law under their roof, just imagine... if she could be sold! Amid mix-ups, twists of fate and hilarious surprises, this play promises fits of laughter in every scene.
The character finds herself swept up in a whirlwind of absurd and unexpected events, where everyone tries to come out on top.
A sharp, fast-paced comedy that raises a universal question: is marriage really worth it? Especially if it means inheriting a mother-in-law like that? Get ready for a memorable evening, full of belly laughs and irresistibly funny situations!
