Overview
Over 700,000 people come each year to admire Rodin's famous sculptures at the Musée Rodin. The sculptor himself could not have predicted his popularity, even though he dedicated most of his work to creating a museum in his name.
You will be able to see original casts of his most iconic works such as Le Penseur, Le Baiser, La Porte de l'Enfer, and many more.
The museum itself has a history, as it is the former Hôtel Biron, a private mansion built in the 18th-century Rocaille style. This opulent hotel and its gardens are the ideal place to discover Rodin's Impressionist masterpieces. Discover Le Penseur and other works by Rodin inside the Hôtel Biron.
