Noor, who won the Grand Prize at the Inouïs du Printemps de Bourges last April, tells life as it is, full of quirks and fathomless crevasses. Her unfiltered lyrics, carried by a pure and vibrant voice, lay bare the complexity of post-breakup emotions.
Her first EP 'Les histoires tristes me collent corps' reads like a diary you'd leaf through. Sad stories, yes, but above all remedies that celebrate the strength of a desire that exhausts and makes you feel alive. With the idea that music will first be a matter of rescue.
