Unclassifiable and visceral, we were an army is a voice that speaks, shouts and pushes, carried by striking guitars and unstoppable drum machines.
They deliver their first album 'but the sky is sublime' (released in October 2025) in chiaroscuro, where melancholy is pierced by radiating light with a spoken-sung voice that attempts to reconcile opposites.
At their concerts with an almost sacrificial denouement, we understand that the music of the duo, if it is to touch, will touch us to the heart.
