A musical storm sweeps over the Théâtre Silvia Monfort, led at breakneck pace by the wind orchestra of La Sirène de Paris.

Founded in 1874, this amateur orchestra, among the oldest in the capital, brings together more than seventy musicians in repertoires at the crossroads of classical and contemporary music.

With the creation We Are the Wind, La Sirène de Paris proposes an original association with the Hormê jazz quartet—trombone, guitar, double bass, drums—to stir imaginations.

The repertoire, built around compositions by Rozann Bézier, draws shifting landscapes, crossed by breaths and flashes. These inflammatory works plunge into the heart of climatic elements, from mists to storms, with unprecedented emotional intensity.

Under the direction of William Le Sage, La Sirène de Paris's wind orchestra reveals all its sensitivity and taste for collective dynamics. Faithful to its mission, it defends more than ever a living musical practice, where popular music and contemporary creation dialogue.
