Pas une éponge non plus aims to stage 8 testimonies collected from psychologists, social workers, doctors, and associative coordinators. We met Leslie, Albane, Noémie, Mina, Inès, Valentine, Karine, Maëlle. They listened to and supported women victims of violence and shared their experiences with us. We asked them: why do you do this? What memories do you keep from it? Would you say you are an activist? What makes you angry? Where do you find joy? What does your day consist of? Where do you overflow? Do you feel like a sponge? Do you sometimes have to become a woman of stone? 8 women. 8 fragments that speak of care, violence, what is given and what remains.
