This term is often used for young children when they are cheeky and rebellious. Güner Künier titled his second album 'Yaramaz' to tell his own journey to adulthood through punk and post-punk.
Post-punk and minimal/synth-wave are the main musical references of 'Yaramaz', but many others (sub)genres have left their mark. Grandiose shoegaze sounds, a touch of krautrock, but also echoes of riot grrrl.
