He also has countless nominations for BET Awards, Soul Train Awards and NAACP Image Awards, nor his sold-out concerts in emblematic places such as the Apollo Theater, the Kennedy Center, and many others around the world...
In parallel to managing his own label, Morton Records, and his career as primary keyboardist with the band Maroon 5 for more than twelve years, he has collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Jon Batiste, Nas, Lil Wayne, JoJo, Yebba, Jill Scott, among others.
In 2024, PJ Morton signs the original song for a Disney attraction: Tiana's Bayou Adventure (Disneyland and Disney World) but especially produces the album Cape Town to Cairo, entirely written, recorded and produced during a thirty-day trip across Africa.
He also published a new book, Saturday Night, Sunday Morning, at Worthy Publishing. In this memoir, he reflects on a pioneering journey that continues to defy expectations and explore the tensions between music and faith, race and culture, expression and identity.
On June 19, 2026 his brand new double album "Saturday Night, Sunday Morning" will be released, at the apex of what characterizes and animates him: Gospel & R&B/Soul!
After having galvanized the audience at his various sold-out Paris shows at Bizz'Art, Pan Piper, the Marbrerie and the Alhambra, PJ returns after years of absence, accompanied by his virtuoso backing band to electrify the wonderful Cabaret Sauvage!
