Overview
)PJ Morton, along with his band, arrives at the Cabaret Sauvage on 21 October! A songwriter, performer and producer from New Orleans, PJ Morton has won six GRAMMY Awards and has been nominated no fewer than twenty-two times for that ceremony!
Alongside running his own label, Morton Records, and his career as lead keyboardist with Maroon 5 for more than twelve years, he has collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu, Jon Batiste, Nas, Lil Wayne, JoJo, Yebba, Jill Scott, to name just a few.
In 2024, PJ Morton wrote the original song for a Disney attraction, Tiana's Bayou Adventure (Disneyland and Disney World), but above all produced the album Cape Town to Cairo, written, recorded and produced entirely during a thirty-day journey across Africa.
He has also published a new book, Saturday Night, Sunday Morning, with Worthy Publishing. In this memoir, he reflects on a pioneering career that continues to defy expectations and explore the tensions between music and faith, race and culture, expression and identity.
On 19 June 2026, his brand-new double album "Saturday Night, Sunday Morning" will be released, at the height of what defines him and drives him: Gospel & R&B/Soul!
After energising audiences at his various sold-out Paris shows at the Bizz'Art, the Pan Piper, the Marbrerie and the Alhambra, PJ returns after two years away, accompanied by his virtuoso backing band to electrify the wonderful Cabaret Sauvage!
Warming up the night is Paris soul and R&B master DJ JP Mano.
