Overview
Thanks to performers such as the Chœur and Orchestre Pygmalion under the direction of Raphaël Pichon, we rediscover the greatest of all symphonies, Beethoven's Ninth: it expresses universal brotherhood, celebrates the reconciliation of mankind with the Creator, and bears witness to a collective exaltation before the final outburst. As a prologue to the Symphony, we will hear several rarely performed works by the composer.
