A reflection of what we sometimes are in our daily lives, between the routine of his work and the spectacle of the world around him, catastrophes, wars, epidemics, this character gradually plunges into burnout and a downward spiral that he tries to cope with as best he can. And while everything goes awry, facing himself and his contradictions, his fears and his cowardice, his hopes and his desperate attempts to understand, he seeks a way out, sometimes through God, often in Schopenhauer....
