A guitarist since childhood, Sheldon grew up immersed in jazz, reggae, and rock, before finding in rap the space to bring together all his influences. A composer and multi-instrumentalist, he has, over the years, forged a unique universe, nourished by the creative volcano of his collective 75e Session. After three years of silence, punctuated by profound personal changes and the discovery of fatherhood, he returns with Les Monstres, an album crafted in the intimacy of his studio, at a key moment in his life. These years have transformed his perspective. As he moves forward, Sheldon questions what has always accompanied him: the imprint of childhood, doubts, impulses, as well as the discreet joys and fragile balances one learns to maintain. Les Monstres is rooted in this shifting reality to celebrate the inner journey and the bonds that tie us.
