Overview
A founding member of the 75e Session collective, Sheldon is also one of its iconic artists. A guitarist since childhood, he grew up steeped in jazz, reggae and rock.
It was in his teens that he discovered rap and decided to make it his main means of artistic expression, blending his influences with love and precision.
A composer and multi-instrumentalist, his many hats have allowed him to forge an original universe at the heart of the creative volcano that is his collective. Sheldon approaches each project holistically, working on the writing, the composition and the production alike.
Across six EPs and three albums, Lune Noire (2019), Spectre (2021) and Îlot (2023), Sheldon has developed a pen that is both well-referenced and personal, weaving a thread between a melancholic reality and dreams inhabited by the fantastical, rich in metaphors and imagery.
