Overview
A founding group of French rap?
Sniper will perform live at La Condition Publique on Thursday 22 October 2026. The concert is organised by Tu m'étonnes Productions in partnership with La Condition Publique.
A founding group of French rap, Sniper emerged in 1997 in the Val-d'Oise, around Aketo, Tunisiano, Blacko and DJ Boudj.
They quickly made their mark on the music scene with powerful albums such as Du rire aux larmes (2001), Gravé dans la roche (2003) and Trait pour trait (2006), blending commitment, the lived experience of the housing estates, social critique and poetic force.
For 2026, Aketo and Tunisiano are announcing their return to the stage for a concert tour, under the name Sniper version duo. It is a deliberate return to their roots: revisiting the classics, presenting new songs and reasserting their voice in socially engaged rap.
Fans can expect encores of iconic tracks, but also the discovery of a more mature universe, free of past tensions and centred on respect, authenticity and energy.
