Tempt Fate / Sickmind / Altered Shade

RED WATER PRODUCTION is delighted to organise a great death metal night with TEMPT FATE, SICKMIND and ALTERED SHADE at Sortie 13 Pessac!

2026 Red Water Production presents: Tempt Fate + Sickmind + Altered Shade on 12 December at Sortie 13. Tempt Fate Death Metal - Toulouse Tempt Fate is a death metal band from Toulouse, formed in 2014.

Their latest album, Holy Deformity, was released in September 2023 on the Almost Famous label and distributed by Season of Mist. It was recorded by Nicolas Constans and Tempt Fate, then mixed and mastered by Thibault Bernard of Convulsound Production.

Holy Deformity showcases technicality and brutality in an aesthetic that is both heavy and incisive. The record deals with the depths of the body, with humanity and its existential anxieties, through a slice of life full of harshness on the borders of fiction.

The atmosphere brings to mind some of the genre's pioneers, such as The Black Dahlia Murder, Aborted or even Benighted. SICKMIND Groove Death Metal - Bordeaux Former members of the band SILICIUM, SICKMIND works in a dark, dystopian groove death metal universe.

The current members took over the SILICIUM (2008) name in 2022 and relaunched its live activity with a sold-out show opening for Aephanemer in Bordeaux in January 2023.

In 2024, the band recorded a new EP, "Apocalyptic Scheme", still under the SILICIUM name, released in December on all platforms, and then multiplied its gigs.

Since 2025, the band has played in France, Spain, Portugal and England, sharing the stage at concerts and festivals with Eight Sins, Dagoba, Dygora, Gorod and The Great Old Ones.

Now under the name SICKMIND, the band releases a new album, "Babel Tower", on 9 October 2026, with a first video/single, "New God", released at the end of July 2026.

Altered Shade Death Trash Metal - Bordeaux ALTERED SHADE is a band from the Gironde playing powerful death/thrash that blends raw energy and punchy groove, all with a melodic and dark touch.
