Vanessee Vulcane

This season the theatre and the conservatory are offering you 4 concerts, ranging from intimate folk to electro-pop sounds, via Brazilian rhythms and jigs, so that everyone can find their own tune.

The band follows in the tradition of English-language folk while asserting a contemporary aesthetic, somewhere between indie folk and pop.

This all-female trio, driven by polished vocal harmonies, acoustic guitars, piano and a few electronic textures, unfolds an intimate, sensitive and expressive music. The tracks, conceived as confidences, navigate between gentleness and intensity.

The voices cross, converse and create an immediate closeness with the audience, in a warm and enveloping atmosphere.

Following a notable debut album, "Sea Salt", praised in particular by FIP, Vanessee Vulcane now continues her sonic exploration with the more assertive arrival of the piano and synthesizers. A gentle and soulful musical interlude, where emotion is shared with simplicity.
