Verdi Remix
Mirifique Orchestra
Overview
Mirifique Orchestra
Imagine a sun-drenched village square. The municipal brass band plays Mr. Verdi's music in the bandstand. But today, the sound of the orchestra isn't quite the same, the colours are different, the rhythms have changed a little, something is happening… The music of one of the greatest Italian composers is “reinvented” by one of the leaders of modern jazz, Alban Darche, saxophonist, composer and arranger with a virtuosic and cinematic language.
